We can perform cases ranging from carpal tunnel releases to joint replacements. With hand-picked nurses and anesthesiologists, we provide a more personal, efficient and quality service. Substantial cost savings are a key benefit when compared to hospital-based surgery. We will continue our affiliation with the excellent Raleigh hospitals for emergencies, for patients requiring admission and for patients requesting a particular hospital for personal or insurance reasons.
Located 4 miles west of the Raleigh Hand Center office off I-440, the Capital City Surgery Center (CCSC) is a fully-licensed ambulatory surgery center with 8 operating rooms and 3 procedure rooms. It was formed as a joint venture between WakeMed and selected private local surgeons. Our center adheres to some of the most rigid quality control standards in the United States as evidenced by our approval and certification by Medicare and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
