Dr. Messer, president of NC Society for Surgery of the Hand

Dr. Terry Messer served as the president of the North Carolina Society for Surgery of the Hand (NCSSH). Dr. Messer directed the annual NCSSH meeting  this year in Pinehurst, NC.
