ICD-10 transition on October 1, 2015

Medical practices nationwide will soon be using a new coding system for documenting patient diagnoses. Starting October 1, 2015, Raleigh Hand Center and all U.S. medical offices will be using the ICD-10 coding system, which is replacing the ICD-9 system. We have been working hard to make this a smooth transition with our electronic medical record system, practice management software, and our staff.
