Our doctors recommend appropriate treatments to improve the function and reduce pain for worker’s compensation patients in North Carolina. Our goal is to rehabilitate patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries using compassionate, trusted, and cost-effective care. We aim to return patients back to work in a safe and efficient manner. Our staff routinely work with case managers and insurance adjusters to expedite recovery and reduce delays in treatment. Our on-site hand-to-shoulder therapists communicate directly with the doctors in order to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes.

Refer a Worker’s Compensation Patient

  • Non-urgent referral: For non-urgent referrals, please fill out the worker’s compensation request form and fax this to 919-872-6739 . We can usually schedule a new patient appointment within 7-10 days. 
  • Urgent referral: To refer a patient with an urgent condition call our office at  919-872-3171 to request a prompt appointment.
  • Special Consultations: For Second Opinions, IMEs, and injuries over 60 days, please email our WC coordinator Theressa at theressay@raleighhand.com
