Shoulder Problems

The RHC also cares for patients with shoulder problems. As orthopedic surgeons, we have been trained in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with conditions of the upper arm and shoulder. We work closely with on-site physical and occupational therapists to improve rehabilitation of shoulder injuries. Shoulder pain and dysfunction can significantly interfere with a person’s ability to sleep at night and work during the day. At the RHC, we strive to improve a patient’s quality of life through effective non-surgical and surgical treatments.

Common shoulder problems we treat:

• Arthritis (degenerative joint disease)
• Biceps tendinopathy
• Bursitis
• Humerus fracture (broken arm)
• Rotator cuff tears
• Shoulder pain
• Subacromial impingement
